Trades will be vetoed if the majority of members votes to veto. Members involved in the trade can not vote.  Therefore four (4) votes would be needed to veto a trade involving 2 members.

The ability to exchange free agency money for future draft comp picks. Comp picks are selected after each given round, for example, 1st round comp would be in between the 1st and 2nd rounds. COMP PICKS CAN NOT BE TRADED OR FORFEITED.

The ability to exchange rookie draft picks for free agency budget for the upcoming season.   The free agency budget in return can only be for the sport in which the draft pick was forfeited in.

MLB

Players above the age of 25 can not be placed in your minors UNLESS they turned 25 WHILE ON YOUR ROSTER in that season.

Opening day of each year will be the birthday cut off date.  Therefore is a player on your roster has turned 25 before opening day, he must either be on your MLB roster or released.

NBA

Players above the age of 23 can not be placed in your minors UNLESS they turned 23 WHILE ON YOUR ROSTER in that season.

Opening day of each year will be the birthday cut off date.  Therefore is a player on your roster has turned 25 before opening day, he must either be on your MLB roster or released.

Players must be signed by an MLB team in real life in order to be eligible to be signed in MSDL.  

​

For example, you can not sign an international prospect until they sign a contract in real life.

​

For example, you can not sign or draft a high school player that did not sign after the draft. 

​

Each team must reach a minimum of 200 starts with their starting pitchers per season.

​

If a team does not reach the minimum the penalties will be the following:

   1. Team will lose all pitching stats for the year therefore resulting in finishing last in all pitching categories.

   2. Team will forfeit their next available 1st round pick.  This pick must be the teams original pick.  For example if a team has 2 first round picks, one of their own, and one they traded for.  The forfeited pick will be their own pick.  Continue to next year and so on until an original first round pick is found.

Most categories won, followed by most category 2nd place finishes, etc until winner is decided.

​

Starting with the 2020 MLB Draft each sport will institute a draft lottery.  The lottery will include the bottom 5 teams based off of the previous years standings.​

The odds for the 1st overall pick are as follows.

10th Place Finish - 35%

9th Place Finish - 28%

8th Place Finish - 19%

7th Place Finish - 11%

6th Place Finish - 7%
